The overlapping “Kumquats” pattern with its pointy edges was loosely based on Lois Mailou Jones’ early tropical textiles from the 1930s. We had a small, miraculous kumquat tree in the Block Shop parking lot which inspired us to find beauty in the mundane, and we launched a series of patterns and prints in homage. The “Sunrise” color way is fresh, airy and optimistic. 8"x8" swatch.

Suggested use: this sturdy medium-weight fabric is ideal for residential use on furniture, pillows, and curtains.
